We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition / Sr. Talent Acquisition to join our HR team in Ghatkopar, Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, building strong talent pipelines, sourcing quality candidates, and partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and fulfil hiring requirements.

Requirements

• 2 – 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruitment practices.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
• Good follow-up and candidate management skills.
