Job summary

Veerwal Getwork Services is hiring for a recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The role covers sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups, with a focus on bulk hiring for Non-IT positions and Banking/BFSI hiring.

You will source candidates through multiple channels, evaluate alignment with job requirements, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to ensure timely closures of targets.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Experience in Banking/BFSI hiring will be preferred.
• Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and mass hiring.
