Job summary

MP Developers is seeking a seasoned recruitment professional in Chennai to lead non-IT hiring initiatives. You will source candidates across portals and networks, screen resumes, and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews.

You will manage bulk hiring for multiple roles, ensure timely communication with clients and candidates, and drive end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition consulting
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing profiles, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory
