Job summary

TaxCrafted Solutions is seeking a Sales Executive for Business Registration & Compliance services in Delhi (Office). The role involves calling and following up with inbound leads from WhatsApp and campaigns, understanding client needs, presenting suitable services, and closing sales.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in related field.
• Good communication in Hindi and English.
• Knowledge of GST, company registration or compliance is an advantage (training will be provided).

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with inbound leads from WhatsApp and digital campaigns.
• Understand client requirements and recommend the right service or package.
• Explain pricing, process and required documents clearly, then close the sale.
• Update lead status, follow-ups and conversions in the company CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Hand over closed clients smoothly to the operations team.
• Cross-sell related services such as GST, Trademark, FSSAI and digital marketing
