Job summary

Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a training professional to deliver onboarding, refresher, technical, and behavioral programs across classroom and virtual formats. You will coach frontline sales executives, manage assessments, and ensure timely LMS certifications aligned with the central training calendar.

You will monitor batch productivity, attendance, and training logs, producing MIS reports while collaborating with the COE to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Strong classroom and virtual training delivery experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and provide constructive feedback to frontline sales staff.
• Basic understanding of Sales function and inside sales techniques.
• Proficiency in creating reporting and presentations using Google Sheets/Slides.
• Strong focus on compliance, documentation, and maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Training Programs: onboard new hires, refreshers, technical and behavioral trainings (classroom and virtual) per central calendar.
• Drive coaching and performance improvement with regular floor coaching and one-to-one feedback.
• Manage assessments and certifications; administer pre- and post-training evaluations and LMS modules.
• Track training effectiveness and MIS; maintain attendance logs and generate MIS reports.
• Partner with COE for continuous improvement; identify gaps, share insights, and support Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Ensure 100% adherence to centrally designed content and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Training Programs: Conduct new-hire onboarding, refresher, technical, and behavioural training sessions (classroom and virtual) in alignment with the central training calendar.
• Drive Coaching & Performance Improvement: Provide regular floor coaching and one-to-one feedback to enhance frontline agent performance and operational capability.
• Manage Assessments & Certifications: Administer pre- and post-training evaluations, ensuring timely completion of LMS modules and required certifications.
• Track Training Effectiveness & MIS: Monitor batch-wise productivity, maintain accurate attendance and training logs, and prepare timely MIS reports.
• Partner with COE for Continuous Improvement: Identify operational performance gaps, share actionable insights, support Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs, and ensure 100% adherence to centrally designed content.
