Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance in Bengaluru invites an experienced Training Specialist to elevate the skills of the sales team. You will design and deliver programs covering basic sales and advanced techniques, including POS and captive-call center dynamics.

You will provide on-the-job coaching, identify training needs, implement centralized/regional programs, maintain dashboards, and drive a culture of performance with regular feedback to address low performers.

Responsibilities

• Conducts training programs for all skill levels, including basic sales skills and advanced sales techniques.
• Provides on the job hand-holding to help the sales executives overcome objections, and teach Consultative selling techniques.
• Should identify training needs and implement centrally/regionally driven comprehensive training program and R&R initiatives for the sales staff.
• Must be Ready for field-based Sales Training
• Must own and drive performance culture, also, provide regular performance feedback and red flag the low performers.
• Must be available as a resource for various sales team members, who may need help for additional training for some various projects.
• Should adhere to planned training calendar and maintain monthly dashboards & daily reports
• Oversee and improves on overall grooming and presentation of the sales personals.
• Must take ownership of (0-6) months executives in terms of Product, Policy & Process Knowledge
