Job summary

Fintech Cloud is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver induction, onboarding, and ongoing skill development for new joiners in our Delhi-based team. You will explain policies, procedures, and SOPs, and ensure trainees gain confidence to handle live processes.

The role requires strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, plus familiarity with MS Office and MIS reporting. You will manage multiple training batches, assess learner progress, and provide constructive

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and maintaining MIS.
• Ability to manage multiple training batches.
