Job summary

H R Creations in India is seeking a Sr. Executive / Team Lead Sales Training & Development to identify training needs, design programs, and raise the capability and performance of the sales force.

You will lead TNA, induction, module development, and LMS management while coordinating with Sales, HR and Marketing to drive measurable ROI. The role emphasizes training delivery, coaching, assessment, and standardized processes across GT and MT channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales training/capability development.
• Strong exposure to training delivery, sales team coaching, assessments, module development and sales process excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and identify competency gaps.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing sales employees.
• Conduct induction, orientation and on-the-job training.
• Train and support the Trainer/Training team on various modules.
• Develop training modules, handouts, SOPs, videos and playbooks.
• Conduct assessments, quizzes and certification programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and measure ROI.
• Standardize sales processes across GT and MT channels.
• Train teams on order booking, beat planning, merchandising and cooler management.
• Manage LMS and ensure completion of digital learning modules.
• Track sales productivity KPIs and identify areas requiring training.
• Prepare training reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, Marketing and other stakeholders for performance improvement.
