Job summary

Careernet in Bengaluru (Hebbal) is hiring for SSAM (International Voice Process). The candidate will handle interim sales coverage for inactive territories, serve as the primary contact for customer needs, and drive opportunities across accounts. Shift timings are US-rotational, with cab facility within 16-17 km radius, and Saturday/Sunday offs.

Open to graduates and undergraduates with valid documents. Location is Bangalore with industry-standard compensation; education and language

Qualifications

• CEFR level B2 required for voice assessment.
• Education: Under Graduates & Graduates with valid documents.

Responsibilities

• Act as interim sales representative for inactive territories (up to 3 at a time).
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer needs and support.
• Review and progress open opportunities, collaborating with DSMs and branch teams.
• Provide account administration support (invoices, PO changes, credits, service orders).
• Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow account value.
• Ensure smooth transition and handoff once a new Field Sales Representative takes over.
