Careernet in Bengaluru is hiring for SSAM (International Voice Process). The role serves as interim sales representative for inactive territories, acting as the main point of contact for customer needs and support, and progressing opportunities with DSMs and branch teams.

The job location is Bangalore (Hebbal) with US-rotational shifts; education can be UG or graduate with valid documents; compensation is as per industry standards. Cab facility is provided within 16-17 km radius.

Competenze

• CEFR B2 level for voice and accent.
• Education: undergraduate or graduate with valid documents.

Mansioni

• Act as the interim sales representative for inactive territories (up to 3 at a time).
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer needs and support.
• Review and progress open opportunities, collaborating with DSMs and branch teams.
• Provide account administration support (invoices, PO changes, credits, service orders).

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday

• Both side cab facility within a radius of 16-17 kms

Selection Process

• 1. Screening - done by the company
• 2. Voice & Accent Assessment : Minimum CEFR Level Required: B2
• 3. Operations Round(s) : 1 to 2 Rounds based on profile
• 4. HR Round
