Job description

We are hiring candidates for an International Voice Customer Support process in Bangalore. The role involves handling inbound customer interactions, resolving customer queries, reviewing account information and providing accurate and professional solutions.

Both freshers and experienced candidates with strong English communication and customer-handling skills are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility

• Undergraduates and Graduates can apply
• U1: Freshers to less than 24 months of experience
• U2: More than 24 months of experience
• Voice experience will be considered with 100% weightage
• Non-Voice / Backend / Chat / Email experience will carry 50% weightage
• Candidates must be comfortable working from the office in Electronic City, Bangalore
