Job summary

Heritage Catering in Solapur, Maharashtra, is seeking an HR Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality, real estate and corporate roles, source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and portals, and screen resumes with telephonic/virtual interviews.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience in hospitality, real estate, or corporate roles.
• Graduate or MBA-HR/PG in HR or related field required.
• Strong sourcing, screening and interview coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality, real estate and corporate roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management.
• Maintain candidate database, interview status and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate joining formalities and follow up with selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Prepare recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Support onboarding and basic HR documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
