Job summary

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in the Real Estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for various real-estate roles.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Naukri.com / Naukri Resdex, candidate sourcing, screening, calling, interview coordination, and recruitment closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various real-estate positions.
• Source candidates primarily through Naukri.com / Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Search and shortlist relevant candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Understand candidate experience, communication skills, salary expectations, notice period, and job preferences.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and respective hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and offer process.
• Ensure selected candidates join within the required timeline.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Achieve monthly sourcing, interview, and joining targets.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports.
• Build a strong talent pool for recurring real-estate hiring requirements.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Prior experience in Real Estate recruitment will be preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri.com / Naukri Resdex.
• Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Strong communication and convincing abilities.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
