Job summary

Parekh in Gujarat seeks a warehousing and distribution executive to oversee inbound and outbound processes, ensure on-time execution, and maintain accurate records.

The candidate should have at least 1 year in warehousing, strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and SAP familiarity is a plus. This is an on-site role requiring coordination with transporters and dispatch teams.

You will prepare daily MIS reports and ensure proper documentation and stock movement across the facility.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehousing and distribution experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all system processes (inward/outward) with full efficiency & through system only on time.
• Authorized to work in the absence of activity in-charge.
• Responsible for on time invoice, stock transfer note, generation against sales order, stock transfer order, POP - MCM allocation.
• Processing & maintaining sales return as per SOP.
• Follow up/coordination for collection of PODs from transporters, dealers & sales.
• Preparing daily, monthly MIS report and to send mail to the concern official on time.
• Send monthly return regarding stock to statutory department and keep record.
• Responsible for proper documentation (filing, record keeping, retrieval) for all inward & outward documents.
• Maintain relevant documents of the process as required.
• Coordination with company representative, transporter & dispatch officials.

• Ensure complete usage of WMS & TMS application within agreed timeline.
• Authorized to handle audits and closer of non-conformance.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in warehousing and distribution with good skills of MS-Excel like V Look-up, Pivot table etc.

candidate experienced with SAP will be preferred.
