Job summary

Bilt Graphic Paper Products is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with order processing, customer coordination, and dispatch planning. The role acts as a bridge between customers, sales, production planning, logistics and accounts to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

The candidate will manage order details in ERP, track shipments, and generate regular MIS reports while maintaining accurate records of orders and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in order processing, customer coordination, dispatch planning, inventory monitoring, and ensuring timely execution of customer requirements. The role acts as a bridge between customers, sales personnel, production planning, logistics, and accounts to facilitate seamless business operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing and Execution

• Receive and process customer purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Verify order details including grade, GSM, size, quantity, dispatch location, and payment terms.
• Coordinate with production planning and inventory teams to ensure material availability.
• Track order status from booking to dispatch and delivery.

Dispatch and Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with logistics and transport teams for vehicle planning and dispatch scheduling.
• Ensure timely dispatch of materials as per customer commitments.
• Monitor transit status and provide delivery updates to customers and sales personnel.
• Resolve dispatch-related issues such as shortages, delays, or damages.

Documentation and MIS Reporting

• Maintain records of customer orders, dispatches, pending orders, and sales performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Generate MIS reports related to sales/ Schemes, inventory, dispatches, periodical performance reports of Distributors/ Sales Team.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

• 25 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service.
• Experience in the paper, packaging, pulp, printing, or allied industries will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple internal & external customer requirements simultaneously.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Domain Knowledge/Need

• Knowledge of Dealer, Distribution networks in commodity trade.
• Understanding of Order Processing to Servicing Cycle.
