Job summary

Responsibilities

• BPO-1: maintain daily inventory/transactions clearance and share SOP updates with the ops team.
• BPO-2: manage daily inventory/transactions and develop process documentation.
• BPO-3 & 4: conduct process training for new joiners and mentor existing associates; publish reports.

BPO-1:

• Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written)
• Should be able to develop system and process understanding
• Responsible for sharing process updates with ops team.
• Responsible for daily inventory/ transactions clearance
• Should highlight any gaps / change management in current SOP's
• Must be able to learn sub processes within the function
• Must be able to understand principles of insurance, insurance contracting, claims and policy servicing function

BPO-2:

• Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written) to discuss subject matter with clients in a clear and professional manner
• Should be able to develop system and process understanding
• Responsible for sharing process updates with ops team.
• Responsible for daily inventory/ transactions management
• Should highlight any gaps / change management in current SOP's
• Must be able to understand principles of insurance, insurance contracting, claims and policy servicing functions
• Must be able to develop process documents such as procedures, workflows, other training documents
• Should participate in projects initiated at a team level.

BPO-3 &4:

• Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written) to discuss subject matter with clients in a clear and professional manner
• May be required to conduct process training for new joiners and act as a mentor for existing associates
• Requires in-depth knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of transaction processing function Responsible for creating and publishing plan level & operational reports Should highlight any gaps / change management in current SOP's
