Job summary

Msi Services is seeking an Order Management professional to process sales orders for its international divisions, develop documentation, plan inventory, and coordinate product distribution.

Candidates should have 1-4 years in an international process, strong relationship and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. The role requires multitasking, attention to detail, and flexibility for night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in an international process with emphasis on Order Management.

• Proficient PC skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word; Access is a plus.

ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Processing sales orders for the company's sales divisions.
• 2.Developing documentation related to support.
• 3. Planning inventory control.
• 4. Arranging distribution of products.
• 5. Solving problems in cases of product returns.
• 6. Placing orders, processing return requests, and entering credits.
• 7. Handling customer inquiries regarding product information, ordering procedures, special orders, pricing, quotes, problems, returns, and shipping.
• 8. Communicating with customers about order status, any delays, or problems with their requests.
• 9. Serving as a liaison with third-party delivery services to coordinate deliveries and resolve problems.
• 10 Providing information and assistance as needed to inventory and warehouse personnel to expedite
  processing of damaged and defective merchandise.
• 11. Performing additional duties as required or requested.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1.The candidate should possess minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in an international process; specialization in Order Management is preferred.
• 2. Should be a fast learner.
• 3.The candidate should possess relationship management skills since the job will involve liaising with customers and US stakeholders.
• 4. The candidate should have the ability to multitask, prioritize, learn more, and be flexible.
• 5.Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills with all levels of employees and management.
• 6.Should have excellent PC skills and be well-versed with Microsoft Products like Excel, Word, and Access (optional).
• 7.Goal-oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and strong problem-solving skills.
• 8. Good follow-up skills and strong attention to detail.
• 9.Ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels with minimal supervision and assume accountability for issues until final resolution.
• 10.Flexible to night shifts is mandatory (9:00 pm to 6:00 am).
