Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Order Management: Take complete ownership of the international B2B order lifecycle, tracking shipments from placement through to successful delivery.
• Customer Support & Communication: Handle international customer queries efficiently across multiple communication channels, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Inventory & Data Management: Oversee international inventory levels and maintain accurate data records to prevent stockouts or delivery delays.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams (Logistics, Warehouse, Tech, Finance) and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Reporting & Analytics: Utilize Advanced Excel to manage logistics data, track order statuses, and generate operational performance reports.
• Professional Communication: Draft clear, concise, and professional emails for international clients and corporate stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Prior experience in handling B2B/B2C operations, logistics, or order management.
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data management tools) and ERP/Order Management Systems.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on professional email writing.
• Adaptability: Highly flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
