Job summary

TRU Hair & Skin in Hyderabad is seeking an Order Processing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in order processing and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). You will manage end-to-end order operations and coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.

The role requires meticulous data handling, weekly/monthly reporting, and a proactive approach to improving order accuracy and turnaround times while maintaining ERP/OMS records.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in order processing.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process customer/sales orders accurately in the system (ERP/OMS/Excel).
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and vendors to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain and update order trackers, invoices, dispatch details, and inventory records.
• Track pending and backorders; follow up internally and with customers on order status.
• Reconcile order data with sales.
• Support process improvements in order flow, data accuracy, and turnaround time.
