Job summary

Cresc Datasoft is seeking a detail-oriented professional for order processing and supply chain support. You will handle sales orders, allocate from inventory, and issue pick tickets for warehouse shipping.

The role requires strong Excel skills and excellent English communication to liaise with US-based teams. Responsibilities include invoicing, credit memos, return authorizations, and coordinating between sales reps and owners, with a focus on accurate inventory management.

• Prior experience of handling order processing/supply chain management cycle for major US retailers would be a big added advantage.
• Sales order creation.
• Sales order allocation from inventory.
