AGS Health in Chennai invites graduates for the Trainee Process Associate AR Caller role in International Voice Process. The position is full-time with US shift timings from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM and two-way transport provided.

You will analyze AR, resolve denials, adhere to SLAs, and document outcomes in the billing system, with growth opportunities and benefits including health insurance and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Graduate fresher with BBA/BA/B.Com/BCA/B.Sc; passed out 2021–2026.
• Diploma, B.E./B.Tech/ME/M.Tech are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Address outstanding or assigned AR through analysis and calls.
• Utilize tools to move the account toward payment or corrections.
• Report trends in denials and billing issues to the manager.
• Meet established SLAs for production and quality.
• Update call outcomes in the billing system clearly.
• Stay updated with changes to P&Ps and improve performance.

Rounds of Interview

Shift Timing: 05:30 PM to 2:30 AM (US Shift).

Transport: Two-way transport is available within the defined boundaries.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To address outstanding or assigned AR through analysis and phone calls by using available resources.
• Utilization of all possible tools and applications available to take account to the next level of resolution, which would result in a payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer or adjustment.
• To report trends / patterns in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues and billing related roadblocks to the immediate reporting manager.
• To meet the established SLAs (service level agreements) for production and quality.
• To update the outcome of the calls or analysis in a clear and coherent manner in the billing system.
• To utilize the and stay updated with changes done with the P & Ps
• To improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager / quality audit team.
