Job summary

AGS Health in Tamil Nadu invites graduate freshers for the Trainee Process Associate AR Caller role. You will address outstanding AR through analysis and calls, utilize available tools, and ensure payment submissions are accurate and timely. You will report trends to the manager and work to meet SLAs.

The job is on-site (OMR/Kosmo) with US shift timing 05:30 PM to 2:30 AM. Walk-in interviews are required, and two-way transport is provided within defined boundaries.

Qualifications

• Graduate fresher with any of BBA/BA/B.Com/BCA/B.Sc, 2021–2026.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to analyze information and think logically.
• Comfortable working night US shifts.

Responsibilities

• Address outstanding AR through analysis and phone calls using available resources.
• Use tools and applications to advance account resolution, submission corrections or appeals.
• Report trends in denials, submission errors, credentialing, and billing blockers to the manager.
• Meet established SLAs for production and quality.
• Update call outcomes or analysis in the billing system clearly.
• Stay updated with changes to P&Ps.
• Improve performance based on feedback from manager/quality audit.

Interview Process- Only direct walk-in interview

Rounds of Interview:

• 1. HR Interview
• 2. Online Assessment - Grammar & Aptitude
• 3. Versant Test - Language Assessment
• 4. Operational/Technical Interview

Shift Timing: 05:30 PM to 2:30 AM (US Shift).

Transport: Two-way transport is available within the defined boundaries.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To address outstanding or assigned AR through analysis and phone calls by using available resources.
• Utilization of all possible tools and applications available to take account to the next level of resolution, which would result in a payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer or adjustment.
• To report trends / patterns in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues and billing related roadblocks to the immediate reporting manager.
• To meet the established SLAs (service level agreements) for production and quality.
• To update the outcome of the calls or analysis in a clear and coherent manner in the billing system.
• To utilize the and stay updated with changes done with the P & Ps
• To improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager / quality audit team.
