AGS Health in Chennai is hiring a Trainee Process Associate AR Caller for International Voice Process. Fresh graduates with BBA/BA/B.Com/BCA/B.Sc (2021–2026) may apply. Role involves AR analysis, calling, and ensuring SLA targets.

Direct walk-in interviews follow HR round, online grammar/aptitude test, Versant language assessment, and an operational/technical interview. Shifts are US timings (05:30 PM–2:30 AM or 7:00 PM–4:00 AM) with two-way transport provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate fresher with 2021–2026 passing year.
• Only graduates listed are eligible; diploma and BE/B.Tech are not eligible.
• Candidates may have BBA/BA/B.Com/BCA/B.Sc in relevant streams.

Responsibilities

• Address outstanding AR through analysis and phone calls using available resources.
• Utilize tools and applications to progress payments, appeals, or adjustments.
• Report trends in denials, submission errors, and credentialing issues to the manager.
• Meet established SLAs for production and quality.
• Update outcomes of calls/analysis clearly in the billing system.
• Stay updated with changes in policies and procedures (P&Ps).
• Improve performance based on feedback from the reporting manager and quality audits.

HR Interview 2. Online Assessment - Grammar & Aptitude 3. Versant Test - Language Assessment 4. Operational/Technical Interview Shift Timing: 05:30 PM to 2:30 AM or 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (US Shift).

• To address outstanding or assigned AR through analysis and phone calls by using available resources.
• Utilization of all possible tools and applications available to take account to the next level of resolution, which would result in a payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer or adjustment.
• To report trends / patterns in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues and billing related roadblocks to the immediate reporting manager.
• To meet the established SLAs (service level agreements) for production and quality.
• To update the outcome of the calls or analysis in a clear and coherent manner in the billing system.
• To utilize the and stay updated with changes done with the P & Ps
• To improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager / quality audit team.
