Job summary

AGS Health is seeking a Trainee Process Associate AR Caller to address AR cases via calls and analysis. The role requires a graduate fresher with good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a US shift.

You will use multiple tools to maximize resolution, ensure timely submissions, and assist in appeals or adjustments. Responsibilities include reporting denials trends, maintaining SLAs, updating billing notes, and adapting to policy changes under guidance from managers

Qualifications

• Graduate fresher, 2021–2026 pass-out years.
• Diploma/BE/BTech/ME/MTech not eligible.
• Willingness to work in US shift and target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Address AR cases through analysis and calls using available resources.
• Utilize tools to secure payment, corrected submission, appeals, or adjustments.
• Report trends in denials, submission errors, and billing roadblocks to the manager.
• Meet established SLAs for production and quality.
• Update call outcomes clearly in the billing system.
• Stay updated with changes in policies and procedures.

Interview Process- Only direct walk-in interview

1. HR Interview

2. Online Assessment - Grammar & Aptitude

4. Operational/Technical Interview

Shift Timing: 05:30 PM to 2:30 AM (US Shift).

Transport: Two-way transport is available within the defined boundaries.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To address outstanding or assigned AR through analysis and phone calls by using available resources.
• Utilization of all possible tools and applications available to take account to the next level of resolution, which would result in a payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer or adjustment.
• To report trends / patterns in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues and billing related roadblocks to the immediate reporting manager.
• To meet the established SLAs (service level agreements) for production and quality.
• To update the outcome of the calls or analysis in a clear and coherent manner in the billing system.
• To utilize the and stay updated with changes done with the P & Ps
• To improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager / quality audit team.
