AGS Health in Chennai (OMR/Kosmo) invites graduates for the Trainee Process Associate AR Caller role. You will address outstanding AR through analysis and calls, meet SLAs, and use the billing system to record outcomes.

The position is full-time with US shift timing and transport support. Walk-in interviews include HR interview, online grammar & aptitude assessment, Versant language test, and an operational/technical interview.

Qualifications

• Graduate fresher with any of the listed degrees (BBA/BA/B.Com/BCA/B.Sc).
• Fresh graduates only; year of passing 2021-2026.
• Good communication and analytical thinking required.

Responsibilities

• Address outstanding AR through analysis and calls using available resources.
• Utilize tools and applications to achieve payments, correct submissions, appeals, or adjustments.
• Report trends in denials, submission errors, and billing roadblocks to the reporting manager.

Job Title: Trainee Process Associate AR Caller

Process: Voice Process

Qualification: Graduate fresher- BBA, BA., B.Com., BCA, B.Sc, Passed out year - 2021 - 2026

Interview Process- Only direct walk-in interview

Rounds of Interview

• 1 HR Interview
• 2. Online Assessment - Grammar & Aptitude
• 3. Versant Test - Language Assessment
• 4. Operational/Technical Interview

Shift Timing: 05:30 PM to 2:30 AM (US Shift).

Transport: Two-way transport is available within the defined boundaries.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To address outstanding or assigned AR through analysis and phone calls by using available resources.
• Utilization of all possible tools and applications available to take account to the next level of resolution, which would result in a payment, corrected submission, appeals, patient transfer or adjustment.
• To report trends / patterns in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing issues and billing related roadblocks to the immediate reporting manager.
• To meet the established SLAs (service level agreements) for production and quality.
• To update the outcome of the calls or analysis in a clear and coherent manner in the billing system.
• To utilize the and stay updated with changes done with the P & Ps
• To improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager / quality audit team.
