Tata AutoComp is seeking an experienced maintenance engineer to execute preventive and predictive maintenance for stamping presses, transfer presses, and sheet metal equipment. You will diagnose PLC, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with automation vendors to upgrade systems.

Qualifications

Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans for stamping presses, transfer presses, and sheet metal manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and rectify breakdowns related to electrical, PLC, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Minimize machine downtime through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC systems such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen Bradley, or equivalent.
Modify PLC logic and support HMI troubleshooting as required.
Monitor automation systems and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
Coordinate with automation vendors for system upgrades and maintenance.
Maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic presses.
Ensure smooth operation of feeders, decoilers, straighteners, transfer systems, and conveyors.
Monitor critical machine parameters to improve machine availability and performance.
