Job summary

Piano Presitel is seeking a maintenance leader with a BE in Mechanical to oversee preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance for sheet metal and automotive components. The role emphasizes TPM, OEE improvement, lean manufacturing, and strong leadership of maintenance teams.

You will coordinate with Production, Quality and Tool Room, manage spare parts, budget, and safety compliance while driving cost reductions and reliability improvements across utilities and machines.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical engineering is required.
• Experience in maintenance for sheet metal/automotive components preferred.
• Familiarity with TPM, RCAs and continuous improvement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance for Sheet Metal/Automotive components.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities; manage spare parts and inventory.
• Lead maintenance teams, coordinate with Production, Quality and Tool Room.
• Drive continuous improvement via Kaizen, Lean, 5S and energy cost reductions.
• Ensure IATF 16949 awareness, ISO 9001 requirements, EHS compliance and LOTO.
• Manage outages, MTBF/MTTR improvements and machine availability.
