Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical press machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures in power presses, hydraulic presses, pneumatic presses, and associated equipment.
• Ensure optimum machine availability and minimize production downtime.
• Inspect, maintain, and replace mechanical components such as bearings, gears, shafts, couplings, clutches, brakes, guide pillars, and lubrication systems.
• Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
• Analyze recurring equipment failures and implement root cause corrective actions.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, TPM, 5S, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Support installation, commissioning, and improvement projects for new press equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and recommend process improvements to enhance reliability.
