Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in managing end-to-end IT recruitment and should preferably have worked on hiring requirements for the Cognizant account/client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies and experience levels.
• Strong experience in C2H, Contract Staffing, and Permanent hiring.
• Work on high-volume and niche IT requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical and client interviews.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active and relevant candidates.
• Regularly follow up with candidates, interviewers, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the client hiring team and internal delivery team to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
• Ensure timely submission of suitable profiles as per client requirements and SLA.
• Handle offer coordination, candidate documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Strong experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring.
• Experience working on Cognizant client/account requirements is mandatory or highly preferred.
• Strong experience in sourcing candidates through Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of various IT skills and technologies.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
