We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 35 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and be capable of handling multiple requirements across various technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
• Follow up with candidates until onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines for ongoing requirements.
• Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills
