Job summary

You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and internal databases, screen for technical skills and cultural fit, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain a robust talent pool for future

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of domestic IT recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and market trends.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation).
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
• Manage job postings, pipeline tracking, and candidate follow-ups.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and drive the selection process.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Build and manage a talent pool for future requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics like TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
• Ensure adherence to company recruitment processes and documentation.
