Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Technical Domestic IT Recruiter with 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, preferably from an IT Services, IT Staffing, Recruitment Consulting, or similar service-based organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment of IT professionals for the Indian market, excellent sourcing capabilities, good understanding of technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, negotiating, and closing candidates for various technical positions while ensuring quality hiring within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Technical Recruitment.
• Prior experience working in an IT Services, IT Staffing, IT Consulting, Recruitment Consulting, RPO, or similar service-based industry is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Good understanding of technical job descriptions and IT skill sets.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Boolean Search / Advanced Search techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate engagement, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates within defined timelines.
• Ability to handle multiple technical requirements simultaneously in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Indian IT hiring practices, salary structures, notice periods, locations, and candidate availability.
• Experience working with ATS, recruitment databases, Excel/Google Sheets, or recruitment trackers is preferred.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and commitment toward recruitment closures.
