Job summary

Spino Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of end-to-end IT recruitment experience to hire for the Indian market. Preference for ERP module recruitment such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.

You will source through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and referrals, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage pipelines, negotiate offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting daily to monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for ERP modules (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Naukri and LinkedIn a plus.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing and hiring IT professionals for the Indian market, with preferred experience in recruiting for ERP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end domestic IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer closures.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely joining.
• Meet defined daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

Preferred Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Strong experience in IT hiring for the Indian market.
• ERP recruitment experience is preferred, especially hiring for modules such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, ERP Functional/Technical roles, etc.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and technical skillsets.
• Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Candidate
