• Conduct initial candidate screening and verify skills, location, availability, and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Negotiate salary/rates where applicable.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and clients and align expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors and hiring managers to ensure timely submissions and feedback.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
• Provide timely status updates on submitted candidates.

We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, technical requirement understanding, candidate coordination, vendor/client communication, and interview follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
