The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates. You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels, conduct initial screening calls, and coordinate

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT/technical recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of domestic IT recruitment requirements.
• Experience sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals.
• Ability to assess technical requirements and map candidate profiles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and identify required technical skills and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates and shortlist based on skills, experience, location, notice period and salary.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate fit.
• Validate candidate details including experience, CTC, notice period and location.
• Coordinate interviews with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates through the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
• Meet daily and monthly sourcing, screening, submission and closure targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and identify the required technical skills, experience, and candidate profiles .
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels .
• Search and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Validate candidate details including experience, CTC, expected CTC, notice period, location, and employment details .
• Coordinate candidate interviews with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
• Achieve daily and monthly sourcing, screening, submission, and closure targets .
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to meet client hiring requirements.

Required Skills

• 1 Year to 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Good follow-up and candidate management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills will be an added advantage.
