About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy and ambitious Domestic IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology hiring, candidate interaction, sourcing, and driving positions to closure and is looking to grow into a leadership role.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands‑on Domestic IT Recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of current IT technologies, and the ability to take ownership of recruitment requirements independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
• Source quality IT professionals through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and direct sourcing.
• Use Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant candidates.
• Understand technical job requirements and effectively map candidates against required skills.
• Stay updated with latest IT technologies, emerging skills, technology trends, and IT job market requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening to evaluate technical skills, communication, experience, location, notice period, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow‑ups with candidates and stakeholders.
• Drive offer negotiation, candidate engagement, and successful closures/joinings.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and daily recruitment updates.
• Work towards defined quality, TAT, and closure targets.
• Take complete ownership of assigned requirements and progressively lead recruitment activities independently.

Must‑Have Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / IT Staffing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and technical skill sets
• Hands‑on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn
• Good understanding of Boolean search and candidate sourcing
• Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills
• Good negotiation, follow‑up, and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within tight timelines
• Willingness to take ownership and grow into a leadership role
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Willing to work onsite from Hyderabad
