Tekskills India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an IT Recruiter to join our Domestic Staffing team in Chennai and Hyderabad. The role covers end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to closure across multiple IT requirements, with a strong emphasis on candidate engagement and stakeholder management.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred. 2–5 years of domestic IT recruitment experience, excellent communication, and strong sourcing skills on Naukri and LinkedIn are essential to succeed in this position.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
