The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle to attract, screen, and hire the right talent across diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide suitable talent pipelines.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports, trackers, and databases.
• Work towards achieving hiring targets within given timelines.

Requirements

• Strong and proven experience in domestic recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.) and sourcing techniques.
• Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
