Job summary

Achieve Cybersecurity Solutions is seeking a motivated Recruiter with 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience. You will source, screen, and onboard candidates across IT and cybersecurity roles, coordinating interviews and negotiations with hiring managers and candidates.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, MS Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple openings while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Experience with ATS and trackings tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in IT or cybersecurity recruitment is an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
• Good sourcing techniques and knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring timelines.
• Salary discussions and offers negotiations experience.
• Proactive and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities
