Job summary

Achieve Cybersecurity Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in Hyderabad to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You will source candidates via job portals and referrals, screen resumes, and conduct initial discussions to assess fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring timely feedback and a positive candidate experience. You will maintain candidate pipelines, negotiate offers, and track recruitment metrics while collaborating with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring timelines.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
