Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Recruiter with Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have good sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills, along with the ability to manage multiple requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to offer release and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Follow up with candidates and interview panels to ensure timely feedback.
• Manage candidate communication, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers and ATS regularly.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics, including Time to Hire and offer-to-joining ratio.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring timelines.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications
