Techbliss Digital Solution is actively seeking an IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both C2H and FTE roles. You will source candidates through portals like LinkedIn and Naukri, screen for technical fit, coordinate interviews, and drive offers to closure while maintaining a robust talent pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT hiring, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT recruitment end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with C2H and FTE hiring.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with domestic IT hiring (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Work on IT requirements for both C2H and FTE positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
• Screen, shortlist, and validate candidates based on technical and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and closure.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
• Ensure quick turnaround time and quality delivery.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
