Job summary

Finkurve is seeking an inventory controller to manage inward of jewellery, raw materials, diamonds, and gold into the ERP system. You will record stock movements between departments, vendors, stores, and warehouses, ensuring complete SKU traceability and 100% documentation compliance.

You will conduct regular stock audits, monitor certification and QC processes, and coordinate with Production, QC, Accounts, Merchandising, and Stores to ensure timely closures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Jewellery/ Diamond Industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management concepts.
• ERP experience, Orion preferred.
• Knowledge of stock control and documentation practices.
• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent follow-up and process-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and periodic inventory reports including movement, audits, and pending transactions.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy and safeguard company assets.

• Execute and record all stock movements accurately between departments, vendors, stores, and warehouses
• Track inventory throughout its lifecycle, ensuring complete traceability of every SKU
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies with system records
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure 100% documentation compliance
• Monitor pending inward, outward, certification, QC, and dispatch activities, following up for timely closure
• Ensure strict adherence to inventory SOPs and report any process deviations
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Accounts, Merchandising, and Stores to ensure smooth inventory operations
• Prepare daily and periodic inventory reports, including stock movement, audit findings, and pending transactions
• Maintain high inventory accuracy while safeguarding company assets and minimizing stock discrepancies
