Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy of incoming and outgoing diamond stock and update records in ERP/POS.
• Monitor stock levels in real-time and conduct physical inventory counts.
• Reconcile discrepancies and prepare inventory reports for management.
• Manage stock transfers between locations and record movements.
• Liaise with production, sales and other teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Inspect diamonds for defects and report shortages or quality issues.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Inventory Executive to manage and maintain accurate records of diamond jewellery inventory at our Mumbai Store. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock movements, conducting physical stock counts, reconciling discrepancies, preparing inventory reports, and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory management: Oversee the accuracy of incoming and outgoing diamond stock and update records in the inventory management system (ERP or POS).
• Stock control: Monitor stock levels in real-time, conduct periodic physical inventory counts, and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Logistics and transfers: Manage stock transfers between different locations, if applicable, ensuring all movements are recorded.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or Daily stock Report and other inventory-related reports for management.
• Coordination: Liaise with production, sales, and other relevant teams to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Quality assurance: Inspect diamonds for any surface defects or inconsistencies and report any issues, such as shortages or mismatches in quantity or quality.
