Qualifications

• 46 years of logistics/warehouse/fulfillment experience with at least 2 years managing teams in luxury jewellery.
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP/WMS systems is strictly required.
• Proven experience leading a mid-sized team of warehouse supervisors, material handlers and secure-pack specialists.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume outbound shipping operations for B2C e-commerce shipments and showroom replenishments.
• Coordinate with retail store operations, Market Place coordinators, and tech for central allocations and surge handling during promotions and launches.
• Ensure timely stock replenishment to stores with category-team coordination.
• Lead ERP Inventory Management and WMS operations for high data accuracy and efficient order allocation.
• Establish SOPs for GRN, Dispatch, Delivery and Payments; ensure seamless product movement and foolproof systems.
• Conduct rolling cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations in Oracle Cloud to flag discrepancies.
• Serve as the main warehouse contact for Dispatch and Delivery.
• Oversee intake process of finished jewellery, validating against manifests before system records.
• Manage central reverse logistics, handling security triage and rapid restocking for B2B and B2C.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage high-volume outbound shipping operations, ensuring both B2C e-commerce shipments and retail showroom replenishment orders leave the facility on time.
• Coordinate with retail store operations, Market Place coordinators and tech to manage central allocations, handling surges for promotions, holiday inventory pushes, and product launches.
• Ensuring the stock replenished to the stores ontime with cooridnting to the category team
• Lead the daily operations of ERP Inventory Management and WMS modules to guarantee high data accuracy, streamlined picking paths, and seamless order allocation.
• Establish the processes & SOPS for GRN, Dispatch, Delivery and Payments. ensuring every movement of product within the is seamless and create a fool proof systems
• Execute rolling cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations within Oracle Cloud to instantly flag and investigate any discrepancies.
• Serve as the main warehouse contact for specialized Dispatch & Delivery
• Supervise the meticulous intake process of finished jewellery pieces, validating them against manifests before finalizing system intake records.
• Manage the central reverse logistics loop, orchestrating the security triage, and rapid restocking of returned items into inventory of B2B and B2C

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 46 years of logistics, warehouse, or fulfillment experience, with at least 2 years managing teams in a luxury, fine jewellery.
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP / WMS is strictly required.
• Proven experience managing a mid-sized team of warehouse supervisors, material handlers, and secure-pack specialists.
• Sharp eye for detail with a comprehensive understanding of commercial cargo insurance thresholds, transit liability, and strict asset security policies.
