Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a customer service executive to handle inbound calls, listen to customer needs, and offer accurate information on products, pricing and promotions.

You will identify upselling opportunities, manage CRM records, and strive to deliver a high-quality customer experience on every interaction while working in rotational/night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
