Job summary

• Maintain high standard operational metrics: First Contact Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Quality Score.
• Coordinate with team leads, recruitment coordinators, and support teams for escalated queries.

Key Requirements

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) pass; Graduates preferred in any discipline.
• Experience: Freshers welcome; 02 years of experience in Voice/BPO operations preferred.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local regional languages.
• Skills: Basic computer literacy, active listening, problem-solving, and professional phone etiquette.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts / rotational week-offs as per operational requirements.
