Job summary

wroots global pvt ltd in Bengaluru/Bangalore Rural is seeking a customer support associate to handle voice-based interactions with international customers. You will assist with process-related queries, deliver accurate product and account information, and maintain a high level of service quality.

The role requires excellent English communication, good listening and interpersonal skills, basic computer literacy, and readiness for rotational or night shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal English communication for international customers.
• Active listening and clear interpersonal communication.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and lookup.
• Ability to work in rotational/night shifts as required.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Prior BPO/customer support experience is an advantage.
