Job summary

TELUS Digital in New Delhi area is seeking a call center associate to handle inbound wire transfer customer and agent calls. The role requires working in a 24x7 environment with a fully on-site office setup, including night shifts and rotational offs.

You will resolve customer queries, process orders, and participate in ongoing training to share best practices. Fresh graduates or 12th pass with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• 12th pass with minimum 6 months experience.
• Fresh graduates eligible.
• Excellent written & spoken English.
• Should be comfortable in night shifts and rotational week offs.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from wire transfer customers and agents.
• Take inbound calls per day from customers.
• Resolve a wide range of customer service issues and problems.
• Maintain a highly regimented schedule and assist customers on the phone all day.
• Demonstrate diplomacy and effectively diffuse tense situations.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure completion.
• Participate in training sessions and share best practices.
• Escalate calls via call sheets or escalation procedures.

Role & Responsibilities

• Performing inbound calls from wire transfer customers and agents.
• Take inbound calls per day from the customers.
• Answer a wide range of inquiries and solve a wide range of customer service issues and problems.
• This job has a highly regimented schedule and requires a full day of assisting customers on the phone.
• Strong customer service skills including diplomacy and the art of diffusing tense situations are required.
• Processing customers orders and ensuring its accuracy and completion.
• Participating in continuous training sessions and sharing best practices.
• Show good oral and written skills for call escalation via call sheet completion or call escalation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 12th pass with minimum 6 months experience are eligible for the role.
• Freshers graduate are eligible
• Excellent Written & communication in English.
• Should be comfortable in night shifts and rotational week offs.
