TELUS Digital is hiring for a Walk-In Customer Support role in New Delhi. You will handle inbound calls from customers and agents, resolve a wide range of inquiries, and ensure accurate order processing.

The role demands strong English communication, a willingness to work night shifts, and rotation of week-offs at a 24x7 office location. Fresh graduates and 12th pass candidates are eligible, with 6 months of experience preferred.

Gate no-1 YMCA Education Center, 2 & 3, Jai Singh Marg, Hanuman Road Area, Connaught Place, New Delhi

Role & Responsibilities

• Performing inbound calls from wire transfer customers and agents.
• Take inbound calls per day from the customers.
• Answer a wide range of inquiries and solve a wide range of customer service issues and problems.
• This job has a highly regimented schedule and requires a full day of assisting customers on the phone.
• Strong customer service skills including diplomacy and the art of diffusing tense situations are required.
• Processing customers orders and ensuring its accuracy and completion.
• Participating in continuous training sessions and sharing best practices.
• Show good oral and written skills for call escalation via call sheet completion or call escalation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 12th pass with minimum 6 months experience are eligible for the role.
• Freshers graduate are eligible
• Excellent Written & communication in English.
• Should be comfortable in night shifts and rotational week offs.
• Ability to model the corporate value of respect, courage, passion, teamwork and integrity.
• Working Model : 24*7 (work from Office)
• Candidate should be comfortable with relocation to job location-
